Lichfield Foodbank: We are very short of several commodities essential for a balanced food allocation. It goes without saying that we should maintain social distancing when doing this and not be increasing risk to ourselves or others in any way at all. Thank you.
Word for Today: - UCB who publish ‘Word for Today’ have offered as a temporary process to send it direct to your home. If you would like that please email me at howard.jacobs@icloud.com or ring 01283 791512 with your name and full address. I still have copies of the current copy (May - July) that I can get to you also if I’m contacted. UCB add that as they do not know how long church doors will be closed, people signing up for this delivery service will get their own copy of Word for Today direct to their door for the rest of 2020.

FOR A CARING CHURCH - COMMUNICATION IS VITAL
Gift Aid: - Gift Aid is a government based scheme whereby a charity eg our church, can claim back the tax on gifts which individuals donate. In order to use gift aid you must be a UK tax payer, must pay at least as much tax as we claim back in gift aid, this is 25% of your gift, and your gift must be traceable ie your gift must come through cheque, standing order or envelope scheme. Should you wish to gift aid to the church please collect a form from the office, fill it in and return it to the office. Contact: Alan Weaver.
