Monday 9th: General Election Hustings - 7.30pm at Wade Street Church, Churches Together and Lichfield Speakers' Corner are hosting a hustings. Come along and hear our local candidates as we prepare to vote.
Tuesday 10th: Iris Pastoral group get together - has been cancelled as a number of people cannot come. Iris will arrange another get together in the New Year.
Tuesday 10th: Church Meeting - 7.45pm. Members are urged to make every effort to attend.
Wednesday 11th & 18th: Christmas Alert: Solidarity with the Christian Community in Bethlehem - 7.30am at the Methodist Church, we will light a candle and for half an hour in word and silence seek to be in prayerful solidarity with our sisters and brothers in Bethlehem as, in the midst of increasing oppression they continue to believe in and work towards a peace built on justice, freedom and human rights.
Saturday 14th: TGIS Cannock Chase Circuit Praise Evening 6.30 - at Chasetown Methodist Church. Praise & Worship. Tea, and coffee available.
Tuesday 24th: Christmas Day Together - 12.30pm, a free festive lunch, followed by entertainment, for residents of Lichfield who would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day. Announcements
Accomodation wanted Matt Poe, the Youth Pastor from Woodlands Baptist Church in Texas and his family are taking a sabbatical next year and are hoping to spend some time in Lichfield. If anyone could help with furnished rental accommodation during June and July please contact Lainey Neil 07712 010687.
Flower Rota I will be sending out the flower rota to all volunteers and have put everyone in for the same dates as this year. If you wish to change your date can you swap with someone and change the date on the rota which is kept in the drawer in the office. If you wish to come off the rota or would like to join, there are spaces, please let me know.
